Essay types for your college
Writing essays is a difficult task for a lot of students. The writing structure of essays is very similar to a review or short report. The major difference is that essays must convince the reader to adhere with the writer’s argument.
An essay is, in essence, an oral piece which gives the writer’s point of viewpoint, but the form of the writing is not clear and can be confused with an article, a letter, a book, pamphlet, short story, and even a brief tract. Literary criticism essays are about the evaluation of a writer’s artistic efforts in writing. The aim of this kind of essay is to evaluate the writer’s style, diction presentation, and various other aspects of their work. Literary criticism essays are able to provide evidence and arguments to support or defend the author’s premise. Literary criticism normally requires the use of special tools of language, such as literary prose personal essays, reviews and personal essays.
Narrative essays are about people, places, and events. Contrary to the expository style of an essay concerning a literary work the narrative essay is a reflection of the experiences of groups and individuals. There are two kinds of narrative essays which are the narrative essay and the descriptive essay.
